Keith Robinson
Keith Robinson is the Managing Partner of Focus Consulting Group and brings over 35 years of global investment and business leadership experience to his consulting and coaching work at FCG. He has held leadership roles in operations, human resource and talent management at Allstate Investments, UBS, and Marsh & McLennan. In 2009 he was selected to develop a cutting-edge leadership development program for Northern Illinois University. At NIU he taught masters level accounting students how to lead, effectively communicate and collaborate with others. His specialties include Management and Leadership Development, Compensation and Rewards, Succession and Talent Assessment, Culture Development, Organizational Design and Performance Management. He is the co-author of the book Money Meaning and Mindsets, and various FCG white papers. He has been published in various magazines for his work on Managing the Human Portfolio, and Managing the Millennials. In addition, he has been a guest speaker for numerous investment industry conferences and events. Keith holds an MBA from University of Illinois and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a business degree from Western Connecticut.
